Please print and complete the entry form below. Be sure to read the contest rules at the bottom. Payment must be made by check or cash. Our mailing address is PO Box 605, Marion, IL 62959. If paying by cash, please call the number below to arrange a time to meet at the fairgrounds.
We are also collecting photos for the "People's Choice". Those should be emailed to pawgeantpeopleschoice@gmail.com.
Applications AND a photo for People's Choice are due by July 1st, 2025
